LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), July 4 (SeeNews) – Slovenia’s lender Gorenjska Banka, a subsidiary of Serbia's AIK Banka, will pay a gross dividend of 33.75 euro ($38.1) per share on its 2018 earnings, local media reported.
The dividend payout amounts to 12 million euro from last year's accumulated profit of 18.9 million euro, Today Slovenia News reported.
The remaining 6.9 million euro will remain undistributed, as 4.3 million euro will be at the bank's disposal for unlimited and immediate use to cover risks or losses, according to the report.
In June, Serbia's AIK Banka said it completed the acquisition of the entire capital of Gorenjska Banka, after acquiring the shares held by minority shareholders.
