September 13 (SeeNews) - Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair said it will launch a new route from Frankfurt Hahn airport - to Plovdiv, Bulgaria's second largest city - in the summer of 2018.
The flight will be operated twice a week, Ryanair said in a statement on Tuesday.
In May, Ryanair said it would launch two weekly flights from Plovdiv to Frankfurt Hahn in winter 2017. Flights on the new route are expected to start at the beginning of October.
The company is currently operating flights from Plovdiv to London Stansted airport.
