July 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 389,681 treasury shares as of July 29, representing 0.479787% of the issued share capital, the company said on Monday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 544 of its shares at 160.5 kuna ($24.2/21.7 euro) apiece on July 26, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 160 kuna by 11:52 CET on Monday on the ZSE, unchanged from Friday's close.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
