EBITDA margin of the group's Croatian unit came in at 38.3%, up from 33.4% in the year-ago period.
The company saw growth in its mobile and fixed subscriber base and revenues due to increased investments in networks and other measures. Retail mobile and fixed-line revenues rose, along with growth in solutions and connectivity, mainly powered by ICT solutions.
Core operating expenses (opex) were higher, mainly visible through higher employee and electricity costs, as well as revenue-related costs.
