August 7 (SeeNews) - Croatia's jobless rate remained the highest among all Southeast European member states of the European Union in June, even though it fell to 7.1% from 8.6% a year earlier, the bloc's statistical office said.
In Romania, unemployment was the lowest among EU member states in SEE, at 4.0% at the end of June, Eurostat said in a statement last week.
Data for Greece is unavailable for the months of June and May. In April, Greece posted the highest jobless rate in the EU -17.6%.
