February 2 (SeeNews) - The bankruptcy trustee of Croatian shipyard Uljanik Brodogradiliste, which is undergoing a bankruptcy procedure, said on Friday that its 54.77% stake in shipyard Uljanik Brodogradnja 1856 will be offered for sale in an auction at a starting price of 6.9 million euro ($7.2 million).
The nominal value of the stake is 17.7 million euro, Loris Rak, the bankruptcy trustee said in an invitation for the auction published on the website of Uljanik Brodogradiliste.

The auction will take place in Pula on February 9.
The auction will be held based on the decisions of the assembly of creditors of Uljanik Brodogradiliste from January 30 and of the board of creditors from February 2.
Several previous attempts to sell the stake failed due to lack of interest. In the last auction for it in October, the starting price was set at 9.7 million euro.
