September 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Slanchev Bryag Holding [BUL:HSLB] said on Wednesday it acquired a 9.9% stake in Sofia-based International Asset Bank for an undisclosed price.
The stake comprises 3,014,160 shares in the bank bought by Slanchev Bryag Holding on September 28, the company said in a notification to the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).

The buyer did not say who the seller was but Bulgarian diversified holding TK-Hold said earlier on Wednesday that it transferred the ownership of its 9.9% stake in International Asset Bank by selling the same number of shares on September 28.
Shares of Slanchev Bryag Holding last closed at 2.50 levs ($1.50/1.28 euro) on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data showed.
