April 19 (SeeNews) - Slovenian land subdivision company Tivoli [LJE:TVL2] plans to list commercial papers on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on April 22, the bourse said.
A total of 401 papers will be listed with a combined nominal value of 44 million euro ($46.8 million), the LJSE said in a statement on Thursday.
The first day of trading will be April 22 and the last trading day is set for October 3, 2024, with the papers maturing on October 8, 2024.
The minimum trading volume will be one lot worth 109,800 euro.
The papers will be offered for sale in an auction trading method.
