LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 6 (SeeNews) – The blue-chip SBITOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell 0.13% to 848.49 points on Friday, hit by a drop in the share price of logistics group Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG], bourse data showed.
Intereuropa’s shares closed 2.31% lower at 2.54 euro on Friday. On Thursday, the company’s shares closed at 2.6 euro, up 3.17%.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] posted the biggest gains among the blue chips on Friday, erasing part of the losses it suffered in the previous session.
Luka Koper's shares closed at 25.5 euro, up 0.79%. On Thursday, they fell 3.07% to 25.3 euro.
LJSE's total daily trading turnover fell to 471,120 euro ($520,069) on Friday from 543,950 euro on Thursday.
Trading in the shares of pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] formed the largest portion of LJSE's turnover on Friday, of 284,620 euro.
