March 11 (SeeNews) - Serbian real estate firm NBB Nekretnine [BEL:BNBR] said it is launching a bid to repurchase up to 10% of its own shares.
NBB Nekretnine is offering to pay 400 dinars ($3.7/3.4 euro) per each of the targeted 36,566 own shares, it said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse on Friday.
The offer is open until April 5.

Belgrade-based firm Gigavit DOO owns some 86% of NBB Nekretnine, followed by Delta Holding's unit Delta Real Estate, with 0.09%, while the remainder belongs to other minority shareholders, data from Serbia's central clearing and depository house showed on March 11.
