BELGRADE (Serbia), November 7 (SeeNews) – The chief executive officer of Serbian electrical equipment producer Minel Rastavljaci [BEL:MNRS], Saed , has become the company's sole shareholder, the company said on Thursday.
Bosnjak acquired 34,558 shares in the electrical equipment producer, Minel Rastavljaci said in a regulatory filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Locally-registered firm Royal House, which is owned by Cyprus-based CS NIS, previously held 92.2% of the Serbian equipment producer.
Minel Rastavljaci was set up in 1967. It specialises in the development and production of electrical equipment, as well as in the construction of energy and industrial facilities.
The company last traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday at a price of 1,099 dinars ($10.35/9.35 euro) per share
