April 24 (SeeNews) - Serbian manufacturer of clocks and other measurement instruments Insa [BEL:INSA] said its net profit declined to 4 million dinars ($36,500/34,000 euro) in 2023 from 6 million dinars a year earlier.
Operating revenue increased to 713 million dinars last year from 674 million dinars in 2022, while operating costs rose to 712 million dinars from 631 million dinars, Insa said in its annual financial report filed with the Belgrade bourse on Tuesday.
Total income went up to 766 million dinars in 2023 from 706 million dinars in the prior year, while total costs climbed up to 755 million dinars from 695 million dinars.
Insa's shares did not trade on the Belgrade bourse in the past year. Its capital is divided into 298,067 stocks of 1,015.46 dinars in nominal value each.
The company's largest shareholders are local individuals Vladimir Pribic and Jovica Zaric with stakes of 30.8% each and Sandra Capin with 10.9%. The remainder belongs to smaller shareholders, data from Serbia's central registry of securities showed.
Established in 1950 in Belgrade's municipality of Zemun, Insa offers products and services related to time keeping, water management, the automotive industry, medical professions and defence contractors. Its products include water metres, remote readout systems, teleoptic products and clocks.
