March 15 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Serbia in January increased by 3% year-on-year, reaching 1,615, the statistical office said on Friday.
The total estimated value of the planned projects covered by the issued permits decreased by 19.1% year-on-year in January, the statistical office said in a statement.
In December, the number of permits decreased by 2% year-on-year, to 2,510, while the estimated value of the projects increased by 16.1%.
In 2023, the number of building permits issued in Serbia rose by 6.4%.
