April 15 (SeeNews) - Romania sold on Monday 512.6 million lei ($109.8 million/103.1 million euro) worth of Treasury notes maturing on April 26, 2028, above target, central bank data showed.
The average accepted yield came in at 6.24%. Demand for the government securities which have an annual coupon of 6.3% totalled 994.8 million lei.
The issue will be reopened on Wednesday when the finance ministry hopes to raise an additional 60 million lei through a non-competitive tender.
