LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 4 (SeeNews) – Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJSE:NLBR] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Friday, supporting a rise of the bourse's main share index, LJSE data showed.
NLB ended the session at 56.0 euro, up 1.82%, according to LJSE data.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed at 862.56 points, up 0.58%.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] fell the most among the blue chips on Friday. The port operator lost 0.79% to 25.0 euro.
LJSE's total trading turnover rose to 1.04 million euro ($1.1 million) on Friday from 932,250 euro a day earlier.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] contributed the largest portion of turnover – 568,120 euro.
