April 15 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Oilko KDA Skopje [MSE:OILK], which is active in transport and distribution of oil products, said on Monday it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 600 denars ($10.4/9.7 euro) per share for 2023, same as the previous year.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 141.5 million denars as dividend for last year, Oilko said in a bourse filing.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for May 18.
Oilko's net profit went up 39% year-on-year to 238.3 million denars in 2023.
The company's shares have not traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) in the past year.
