April 17 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at North Macedonia’s international airports in Skopje and Ohrid rose to 641,405 in the first quarter of the year, up 29.9% compared with the same period of last year, Aeroports de Paris (ADP) said.
In March alone, passenger numbers reached 208,727, up by 13.7% from March 2023, ADP said in a statement on Tuesday.
Aircraft movements at the two airports reached 5,265 in January-March, up 26.3% compared to the first three months of 2023.
In March alone, there were 1,744 aircraft operations at the two airports, 12.4% more than in March of last year.
ADP owns 46% of Turkey’s TAV Airports, the company operating the airports in Skopje and Ohrid.
