April 19 (SeeNews) - Moldova's industrial producer prices decreased by 3.8% year-on-year in March, easing further from an annual drop of 2.8% in February, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the industrial producer price index (PPI) inched down by 0.7% in March, the National Bureau of Statistics, BNS, said in a press release. In February, industrial producer prices inched down by 0.1% month-on-month.
In March, the prices of intermediary, capital, and non-durable goods ticked up by 0.7%, 0.2%, and 0.1% on the month, respectively. On the other hand, energy prices dropped by 12.2%. The prices of durable goods remained unchanged.
