February 14 (SeeNews) - Moldova's trade deficit widened by 0.3% on the year to $3.062 billion (2.814 billion euro) in 2019, the country's statistics bureau said on Friday.
Moldova's exports rose by an annual 2.7%, while imports increased by 1.4% on the year in 2019, the statistics office said in a statement.
In December alone, exports edged down by 0.2% on the year to $218.3 million, while imports rose by an annual 3.9% to $539.7 million.
