October 12 (SeeNews) - Croatian lender Privredna Banka Zagreb [ZSE:PBZ] said on Friday it completed the absorption of its wholly owned subsidiary Veneto Banka, which it had acquired from Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo (ISP) in July.
The Commercial Court in Zagreb has registered the full integration of Veneto Banka into PBZ on October 12, PBZ said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.

PBZ and Veneto signed the merger deal on August 3.
PBZ Group runs PBZ Card, PBZ Leasing, PBZ Stambena Stedionica, PBZ Nekretnine, and Intesa Sanpaolo Banka based in Bosnia, as well as Banka Intesa Sanpaolo in Koper, Slovenia.
