September 12 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Thursday it held 403,816 of its own shares as of September 12, representing 0.497191% of the issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 894 of its shares at 159 kuna ($23.7/21.5 euro) apiece on September 10, and a further 953 shares at 159.5 kuna a day later, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded flat at 160 kuna on the ZSE by 1121 CET on Thursday.
