February 17 (SeeNews) - Croatia's state-owned fund for enterprise restructuring and privatisation, CERP, has decided to its 7.7% stake it shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] on the local bourse, the company said on Friday.
On Tuesday, CERP took the decision to sell its shares in Atlantska Plovidba, Atlantska Plovidba said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shares could be sold en bloc or in smaller packages, CERP said on its website.
On Friday, the Zagreb bourse said it put the Atlantska Plovidba shares under monitoring following CERP's decision.
Atlantska's shares traded 2.59% lower at 48.90 euro intraday on Friday on the bourse and was the most traded company there with a turnover of 82,338 euro.
