August 1 (SeeNews) - Croatia's state-owned fund for enterprise restructuring and privatisation, CERP, said it has issued a public call for the sale of the government’s minority stakes in five local companies at open bidding auctions.
The most expensive stake on sale is a 14.64% shareholding in Zupanja-based cereals processing and trading company Slavonija Zupanja, at a starting price of 694,000 euro ($762,000), CERP said in a notice on Monday. The auction will be held on September 14.

CERP is also selling a 0.005% stake in Hotel Croatia in Cavtat at a starting price of 2,340 euro, as well as a 0.005% stake in Jadranski Luksuzni Hoteli in Dubrovnik for 3,900 euro. It has also put up for sale a stake of 0.12% in hotel company Olympia Vodice for 11,070 euro, and a stake of 0.001% in port company Luka d.d. Split for 54 euro. The auctions for these four companies will take place on August 21.
