June 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has entered an issue of 399 class B shares in local self-managed alternative investment fund VF Alternative [BUL:2YH] into the register of public companies.
The 399 shares have a nominal value of 10,000 levs ($5,770/5,110 euro) each, the FSC said in a statement on Thursday.
VF Alternative listed the 399 shares for trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange last month.
The company's capital comprises 399 class B shares and 1 privileged share, also with a nominal value of 10,000 levs. The holder of the privileged share has the right to block decisions by the company's shareholders meeting on a number of matters.
