February 5 (SeeNews) - Three of the five indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed lower on Monday, with the blue-chip SOFIX losing 0.13% to 778.98 points, bourse data showed.
A 2.20% tumble in diversified group Chimimport [BUL:CHIM] to 0.712 levs and a 1.79% slip in hydraulic equipment manufacturer M+S Hydraulic [BUL:MSH] to 11.00 levs constrained the benchmark index.

At the same time, the BGREIT, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, went down 0.13% to 189.80 points following a 0.60% decline in Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER] to 3.30 levs.
The BEAMX, which tracks the ten most highly capitalised growth companies, plunged 2.40% to 98.83 points. The index was dragged down by a 10.94% slump in electric vehicle manufacturer Sin Cars Industry [BUL:SIN] to 0.472 levs and an 8.63% drop in Dronamics Capital [BUL:DRON] to 2.54 levs.
In contrast, the BGBX40 was lifted by cables manufacturer Emka [BUL:EMKA], which jumped 6.86% to 2.18 levs, and diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH], which advanced by 5.88% to 10.80 levs. The index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, closed 0.34% higher at 161.80 points.
The rise in Stara Planina Hold also spurred on the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, pushing it up by 0.04% to 806.47 points. It was additionally buoyed by a 4.07% climb in fertiliser producer Neochim [BUL:NEOH] to 23.00 levs.
Total turnover on the main market of the Sofia bourse surged to roughly 2.36 million levs ($1.31 million/1.21 million euro) on Monday from 802,986 levs on Friday.
Nearly half of the day's turnover, or some 1 million levs, was generated by diversified group Synthetica [BUL:SYN] as 19,005 shares traded. The stock closed flat at 53.00 levs.
