September 19 (SeeNews) - Bosnian construction company Prijedorputevi [BANJ:PDPT-L1] said on Monday that it plans to launch a tender offer for all the shares it does not already own in local real estate company Japra [BANJ:JAPR-R-A].
Prijedorputevi plans to offer 0.309 marka ($0.16/0.16 euro) per each Japra share in the buyout bid, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

Prijedorputevi holds 2,531,008 shares of Japra representing 30.499% interest.
The construction company added it intends to launch the tender offer together with Dragan Cokoralo, who owns a 29.8% stake in Japra.
After Prijedorputevi and Cokoralo, Japra's largest shareholders are local architecture firm Industroprojekt with a 29% stake, Croatian cement producer Nasicecement with a 5.7% interest and local construction company Burgija with a 5.5% stake, according to BLSE data updated on September 15.
The company's shares last traded on the BLSE on September 14, closing 3% higher at 0.309 marka.
