March 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Privrednik said on Friday it plans to issue 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro) worth of three-year notes.
The company will offer to investors 20,000 notes of 100 marka in nominal value each, MKD Privrednik said in a filing with the Banja Luka bourse.
The notes will carry a fixed annual interest rate of 7.00%, paid on a monthly basis. The principal will be repaid in 36 equal monthly instalments.
The issue's success threshold is set at 60%.
