April 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microloan provider Pro Fin said on Monday that its 2.65 million marka ($1.5 million/1.4 million euro) three-year corporate note issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 26,500 notes with a par value of 100 marka each will start trading on the BLSE on April 3, Pro Fin said in a statement.
The debt paper bears annual interest of 7.50%, with coupon payments due monthly.
Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to individual entrepreneurs and small companies.
