March 12 (SeeNews) - Autoceste FBiH [SAJ:JACFK1A], the state-owned motorway operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Federation, said on Tuesday it made a net profit of 20.3 million marka ($11.3 million/10.4 million euro) in 2023, more than double compared with the net profit of 9.9 million marka made a year earlier.
Total revenue went up 22.5% on the year to 151.4 million marka, whereas total costs rose 15.4% to 131.2 million marka in 2023, Autoceste FBiH said in a bourse filing.
The company's shares have not traded on the Sarajevo bourse in the past year.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Serb Republic.
