June 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnian state-owned road company Autoceste FBiH said on Monday it launched a tender for the revision of the main project for the construction of a section of the Adriatic–Ionian motorway.
The estimated value of the assignment, which is expected to be completed within 18 months, is 600,000 marka ($324,700/306,800 euro), Autoceste FBiH said in a tender notice.
Candidates can submit offers in the tender by August 9.
Autoceste FBiH said earlier in June it selected a consortium made of local engineering consultants IGH and Integra and Croatian civil engineering company Institut IGH to draw a preliminary and main design of the motorway section, which will connect Stolac to Pocitelj interregional interchange. The consortium offered the lowest price of 6.09 million marka, tax excluded, in the tender which also attracted two other bids.
The Adriatic-Ionian motorway, also known as the Blue Corridor, is expected to stretch along the entire eastern coast of the Adriatic and Ionian seas from Italy to Greece through Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania.
