September 20 (SeeNews) - Annual inflation in the EU slowed to 2.1% in August, compared to 2.2% a month earlier, the bloc's statistical office said.
In the euro area, the seasonally-adjusted annual inflation was 2.0% versus 2.1% a month earlier, Eurostat said in a press release.
