March 3 (SeeNews) - Albania ended its night curfew introduced to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as the epidemiological situation is improving, local media reported.
The curfew lasting from 11 pm to 6 am is no longer in force starting March 2, news provider Exit reported on Wednesday.
However, other measures that include wearing masks indoors and limited attendance at events remain in force, the report reads.
Albania registered 139 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to March 3 data by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The country has confirmed a total of 271,702 Covid-19 cases, including 3,472 deaths from the disease by March 2.
