April 8 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credis said on Monday that its 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro) three-year note issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
A total of 2,000 notes of 1,000 marka in par value each will start trading on the BLSE on April 10, MKD Credis said in a statement.
The securities will mature on April 4, 2027. They bear an annual interest rate of 6% paid semi-annually, according to the bond prospectus filed with the BLSE.
