December 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA], a unit of Italian lender UniCredit, said the chairman of its supervisory board, Erich Hampel, has resigned.
The resignation of Hampel was submitted on December 10, Zagrebacka Banka said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday.
In November, UniCredit said that Hampel resigned from its board of directors and will also step down from all other functions within the group. The statement did not mention a reason or reasons for the resignation.
Zagrebacka Banka said in October it named Miljenko Zivaljic as chairman of its management board for another four-year term.
