September 16 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) ended lower on Friday on losses in Valamar Riviera, Adris and Atlantska Plovidba, bourse data showed on Thursday.
The 22-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, fell 0.38% to close at 1,983.74 points, erasing its gains from the previous trading session. The narrower CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, dipped 0.13% to finish at 1,181.83 points.
Hotel owner and operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] was the most liquid share on Friday with a turnover of 2.6 million kuna ($347,000/346,000 euro) as its shares shed 2.82% to end at 31 kuna.
Shares of index heavyweight Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] appreciated 1.07% to end at 189 kuna in a turnover of 695,000 kuna.
Preferred shares of diversified holding company Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] dropped 1.25% to finish at 395 kuna in a turnover of 624,000 kuna.
Shars of shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] plunged 3.80% to end at 430 kuna in a turnover of 487,300 kuna.
Hotel owner Turisthotel [ZSE:TUHO], which is not a member of the equity indices, rose 3.77% to end at 4,400 kuna in a turnover of 564,000 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover reached 7.8 million kuna from 6.0 million kuna on Thursday.
