July 30 (SeeNews) - The companies within Croatia's troubled concern Agrokor said they would be un able to publish their 2018 half-year financial statement by the July 31 deadline.
The companies in question are frozen foods producer Ledo [ZSE:LEDO-R-A], food company Belje [ZSE:BLJE-R-A], meat processing company PIK-Vinkovci [ZSE:PIVK-R-A], news stand operator Tisak [ZSE:TISK-R-A], agricultural conglomerate Vupik [ZSE:VPIK-R-A], mayonnaise and margarine producer Zvijezda [ZSE:ZVZD-R-A], soft drinks and water bottling company Jamnica [ZSE:JMNC-R-A] and wholesaler Zitnjak [ZSE:ZTNJ-R-A], the Agrokor units said in a separate filing with the Zagreb bourse on Friday and Monday.
In May, the ZSE issued warnings to all of Agrokor's units for failing to meet bourse rules. At the time the companies were late in publishing both their annual 2017 financial statements and their first-quarter 2018 statement.
Two months earlier, the ZSE temporarily suspended from trading all of the eight companies of Agrokor over the resignation of the crisis manager of the concern, Ante Ramljak. In early March, the bourse decided to keep them suspended until regular trading can be resumed without causing damage to investors.
Their last trading day was February 20.
