February 19 (SeeNews) - Romania's UniCredit Bank, part of Italy-based UniCredit Group, said on Monday that Philipp Gamauf will serve as chief financial officer (CFO) and member of the bank's executive committe starting March 1.
Gamauf has previously served as UniCredit Bank CFO during 2017 and 2022, the lender said in a press release.
With fifteen years of experience in banking, Gamauf has also served as CFO of UniCredit Bank Austria.
UniCredit Group's consolidated net profit from operations in Romania rose 44% to 296 million euro ($318.6 million) in the fiscal year 2023, the group said earlier this month.
