March 21 (SeeNews) - Serbian said it has picked up UK-based law firm White&Case LLP to provide legal advice and act on its behalf in the process of issuing and repurchasing government bonds on international debt markets.
White&Case submitted the sole bid in the finance ministry's tender for the procurement of consultancy services in the process for a term of two years, offering to do the job for a price of 760,000 euro ($824,000) without VAT, the Serbian government said in a statement earlier this month.
The procurement commission found the bid acceptable at the end of February. As a result, the government decided to sign a framework agreement with White&Case for the provision of the required services.
