December 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Registry Agency said on Thursday that it has signed a 1.4 million levs ($816,000/716,00 euro) deal with local IT solutions provider Telelink Business Services envisaging the upgrade of the agency's data centres.
Telelink Business Services submitted the only offer in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract, the agency said in a notice.
In August, technical problems led to a temporary shut down of Bulgaria's commercial register, which is managed by the registry agency.
Last year, Telelink reorganised its business into four new companies - Telelink Business Services, Telelink Infra Services, Telelink City Services and Telelink Labs. The four companies became part of newly established holding group Telelink Bulgaria.
