December 7 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said on Friday that its majority owner Starcom Holding [BUL:S28H] has acquired 187,000 shares in the company on December 6.
Starcom Holding acquired the shares at a weighted average price per share of 1.61 levs ($0.94/0.82 euro), Eurohold Bulgaria said in a bourse filing.

The number of shares is equal to a 0.095% stake in Eurohold, according to bourse data.
Eurohold Bulgaria's portfolio includes companies active in financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales.
