February 7 (SeeNews) - A 17.5% stake in Bosnia's Nasa Banka (former Pavlovic International Bank) [BANJ:PIBB] has changed hands for 1.76 million marka ($990,000/900,000 euro) in a block transaction on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE), bourse data showed.
The transaction took place on February 5, with 3,125,930 shares trading at 0.5631 marka each, bourse data showed on Wednesday.

The names of the seller and the buyer were not revealed.
Yet, according to January 7 bourse data, Batagon International AG who held a stake of 17.5% in Nasa Banka, is no longer on its shareholder list, while the stake of Trsic-based construction firm Keso-Gradnja has increased to 20.2% and the company is now the third largest shareholder. Serbian company Galens Invest remains the largest investor with 29.8%, followed by Bosnia's Pavgord with 29.4%.
Pavlovic International Bank started operating under its new name Nasa Banka in November.
The bank's shares last traded on the BLSE on January 31, closing flat at 0.435 marka.
