SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 19 (SeeNews) – A total of 983,016 shares of Bosnian flour milling and backed goods producer Klas [SAJ:KLASR] will be offered for sale on the Sarajevo bourse on March 20, at a starting price of 6.4 marka ($4.6 /3.3 euro) each, the bourse said on Wednesday.
The shares are owned by local investment fund ZIF Naprijed, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange said on its website.

Klas’s equity capital is divided into 5,093,364 shares with par value of 10 marka each. Its biggest shareholder is local food company AS Group, which owns a stake of 43.88%, the bourse data indicated.
