April 6 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has resumed works on setting up a segment for instruments issued by foreign companies, named BSE International.
The Sofia bourse operator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Friday.
Works on the project started in 2017, and the bourse received approval from the financial regulator to set up a multilateral trading facility (MTF) in 2018. The CEO of the Sofia bourse at the time - Ivan Takev, said in 2018 that the segment's establishment was delayed upon the request of the market maker which is taking part in the process.
