December 8 (SeeNews) - All indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed Wednesday on negative territory, as trading turnover declined, bourse data showed.
Total turnover on the bourse's main market fell to 26.7 levs ($15.5 million/13.7 million euro) on Wednesday from 32.8 million levs on Tuesday.
The blue-chip SOFIX index fell 0.87% to 621.73 points, mainly dragged down by a 7.86% drop in the share price of diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH] to 10.55 levs. A total of 50,110 Doverie shares traded on the BSE on Wednesday.
A 5.80% decline in the shares of poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] affected negatively the BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE and the BGTR30 index in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight. The BGBX40 went down 0.28% to 140.16 points, while the BGTR30 fell 0.55% to 669.03 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed Wednesday's trading session 0.20% lower at 164.30 points, due to a 1.45% decline in the shares of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:BREF].
