December 15 (SeeNews) - Societe Generale Banka Montenegro said on Monday Miroslav Hirsl has been appointed as its new CEO.
Czech-born Hirsl will replace Branka Pavlovic, who had served as CEO since 2009, the bank said in a statement emailed to SeeNews.
Pavlovic will transfer to the position of president of the board of directors of the Macedonian unit of the French banking group, Ohridska Banka.
Societe Generale Banka Montenegro posted a net profit of 4.2 million euro ($5.2 million) in the first nine months of 2014, down from 6.2 million euro a year earlier.
