LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), July 15 (SeeNews) – The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 2.0% year-on-year in May, after rising by 1.6% in April, the national statistical office said on Monday, citing provisional figures.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net earnings in Slovenia rose by a real 1.0% in May, after adding 2.0% in April.
In nominal terms, the average net wage increased 3.4% on the year to 1,113.88 euro ($1,255.14) in May. On a monthly comparison basis, wages rose by a nominal 0.1%.
The average gross monthly wage in Slovenia rose to 1,728.12 euro in May, up by a nominal 3.9% and a real 2.5% higher compared to the value a month earlier.
