LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), June 17 (SeeNews) – The shareholders of Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] decided to pay out a gross dividend of 7.13 euro ($7.99) per share, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange said on Monday.
NLB will pay as dividend 142.6 million euro from its distributable profit, the LJSE said in a statement.
NLB's accumulated profit totalled 194.5 million euro as at end-2018.
The remaining 51.9 million euro will be retained, the statement added.
In February, Slovenian banking group NLB, the parent company of Nova Ljubljanska Banka, said that its consolidated after-tax profit fell 10% year-on-year to 203.6 million euro in 2018.
