LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 16 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE: NLB] fell the most among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Tuesday, partly erasing the gains it recorded in the previous session, bourse data shows.
Nova Ljubljanska Banka's shares closed 2.82% lower at 62.0 euro. On Monday, the company was the top blue-chip gainer, adding 3.57% to 63.8 euro.
The bank also made the largest contribution to Tuesday trading turnover – 1.02 million euro ($1.15 million).
Total trading turnover on the Ljubljana bourse fell to 1.41 million euro from 1.54 million euro on Monday.
Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] advanced the most among the blue chips. The company's share price rose 0.59% to a close of 34.2 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed 0.35% lower at 879.45 points on Tuesday.
