The shareholders will also vote on the appointment of Primoz Karpeta, Natalija Olegovna Ansell and Luka Vesnaver as supervisory board members, the bank added.
NLB recorded a consolidated after-tax profit of 550.7 million euro in 2023, up 23% from 446.9 million euro in the previous year.
