LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 18 (SeeNews) – Slovenian port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] fell the most among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Thursday, partly erasing the gains it recorded in the previous session, bourse data shows.
Luka Koper's shares closed 2.83% lower at 27.5 euro. On Wednesday, the company was the top blue-chip gainer, adding 4.04% to 28.3 euro.
Insurer Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] advanced the most among the blue chips, recovering from losses in the previous session.
The company's share price rose 3.15% to a close of 2.62 euro. On Wednesday, the company’s shares closed 2.31% lower at 2.54 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed 0.46% lower at 879.35 points on Thursday.
Total trading turnover on the Ljubljana bourse rose to 689,240 euro ($778,912) from 385,250 euro on Wednesday.
Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE: NLB] recorded the largest trading turnover on the LJSE on Thursday, of 224,390 euro.
